I had a black and blue wire in the bottom row, first one on the left side in the middle, closest to the bolt that holds the plug in, on a 95 dodge neon, sohc with the 5 speed manual, it is a vin c car

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The black abd blue wire touched the
oosative post of the battery, and the car
won't start now, it ran before this happened,
The fuel Pump doesn't turn on with the key,
but directly hooked up to a battery, it it
works, I ran a wire to the fuse relay block
and to the battery and again heard the
pump kick in when I sent power down
through the wires, tried cranking it over and
it wouldn't start, so I don't have spark either,
what could 've the issue, I tried a new ecu or
computer and nothing changed.

All fuses and relays are good, that's the first thing I always check, I think it's a wire somewhere
