Intermittent loss of spark

Asked by Jun 15, 2017 at 11:44 AM about the 1989 Toyota Pickup 2 Dr Deluxe 4WD Standard Cab LB

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My V-6 pick up will run fine for 20 minutes or so, then suddenly die.  In an hour
or two, it will run fine again (for 20 minutes!).  It has fuel pressure, but no spark.
Distributor cap and rotor looks OK.  I replaced Coil, no help.  Planning on
replacing igniter next, but wondered if there were something else that could
cause this?
