I'd look at the choke/thermo-time switch never getting activated...something in the recipe is putting the whole show out of mix...any number of ingredients can throw it off..might even be the EGR valve or vacuum supply to any of the valves...go with nitrile tubing (like BMW's use) instead of butyl-rubber~ look for a line off or dry and cracked would be a start~
