My Dodge Dakota died while in cruise control and won't start back.

Was driving down interstate in cruise control. It died and hasn't started since. The lights and everything else seems to be working just fine.

Battery is fine. Not sure about the fuel pump. Is there a way I can test it or do I have to just replace it?
