Build the engine internals to the strongest the market offers and get the highest compression ratio you can with the engine running as lean as possible. Also, get your cylinder head built on a flow bench to get the best CFM as possible. An "all motor" 2.0L single cam is not conducive to lots of HP.

Do u know what is the max HP that I can get out the SOHC before 100 shot of NOS?

Id find a wrecked srt-4 and swap the driveline and necessary electrical in to your shell and go to town...total sleeper...minus the front mount intercooler...
