Thx,considering all motoring it.bore to as big possible, hopefully between 2.3-2.5,Indy high flow intake manifold and 11.5:1 compression pistons ( 91 octane limit ) in hopes of breaking 200-210 hp torque reliably

Car already has iceman cold air intake,headers,55mm throttle body, mopar Ecu,headers, exhaust, under drive pulleys.now just want to make faster than every chic Mini Cooper,Fiat Abarth and every other $25000-$30000 car seen on the road and see an American car can still kick ass the old school way

just all motor it is extremely difficult to get that that kind of power out of the sohc. turbo would be easier IMO. but if you are stuck on all motor its much easier if you switch to the 2.4 to make over 200 hp

True, considered 2.4 to bore to 2.7 or bigger but then can't make much compression. Tried a v6 swap idea also but doesn't fit.wanted to stay all motor as less high tech and still reliable.only reason considered 2.0 is to use all parts already put into it such as iceman cold air intake ,headers,exhaust,56mm throttle body, mopar Ecu and under drive pulleys.car pulls very strong now ,more power than what it came with for sure.someone told me can go 12.0-12.5:1 compression still staying on 91 octane if certain aspect of combustion chamber machined/honed properly. I don't know enough about it but was told 11:5.1 is about limit on 91 octane good for about 180-185hp.although if can bore out slightly bigger to 2.2- 2.4 on same block, can then use high flow Indy intake manifold from modern performance and should take hp/torque higher up perhaps with added fuel calibration/fuel injectors well tuned.see what happens:)

Go to modernperformance.com they have every thing to boost the 2.0 without nos and turbo just getting MPx bottom rebuild kit with will increase to 430hp including crower rod 550hp yeah 2.4 is easier. Cause it already has turbo and dont have to do a lot of turbo managing
