Can a 2001 Neon Dodge Transmission fit into a 1996 Neon Dodge?

I'm asking because my
transmission has gotten burned
so it does not run but I have got a
transmission from a 2001 Neon
Dodge and I would like to know if
it will fit into my 96 Neon Dodge?
Someone help me, please?
