Engine missing very bad

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Change spark plugs and rotor cap
wiring and rotor and ignition coils
but engine still missing and
shakes a lot

check for vacuum leaks.

Once you determine what cylinder is misfiring do a compression test on that cylinder. If it tests very low or zero you have a burned valve or other internal problems that won't be cheap to fix! Hope that helps! Jim
