Ok just pulling the relay will not de pressurize the fuel line. If unsure of which one I would un hook the battery. Then carefully and slowly loosen the lines to the fuel filter. When you see gas start to come out stop loosening it for a few seconds. This will allow the pressure to be bled off. Now slowly and carefully continue removing the lines and filter. Remember to position body so that the gas will not get on you and also wear safety glasses. Hope this helps.
