4x4 tranfer and tranny problem

i have 1996 dodge dakota when i got it I put it in drive and it wouldn't move rso I replaced tranny now when u put it in reverse it bogs down like its in gear but wont move when in neutral it goes back up in idle but its like truck wont roll tried to pull it but wont move either in drive it goes forwards but its like its fighting to move put truck in neutral and hook my truck up to it to move it but cant pull it rearend is fine pulled both drivelines and moved it with my truck its weirdest thing ive ever seen don't know if its the tranny or transfer case or linkage I left it in 2 wheel drive high and put it in neutral and dropped back of drive line out and it wont turn by hand either and ive taken the front driveline out to to do this
