Door being used as a ground on my 84 for 300ZX Turbo, A blower fan comes on, when the car is off

Some sort of blower fan comes on for hours and I think
my door switch is being used as a ground, because when
I put the key in and turn it after I get home I can get it to
go off, how do I fix this
