1981 Honda Civic 4-1335 needs a mechanical fuel pump. Has a Kyosan Denki, unknown part#. Where can I go to find one? Would another make manufacturer make compatible parts, i.e. Beck/Arnley?The stumper is that several parts houses list '81 Civics with electric pumps and that's n ot what it has.

There are several mechanical fuel pumps on Ebay Australia. They are the Kyosan Denki make you need. Not sure if they are compatible with the Honda. There are a few for Mitsubishi and Toyotas. They may have used the same one. That's about all I could find. There are rebuild kits available on line.
