Question type: General

Purchased a 2013 Camaro  ZL1 from a Dodge Dealer in Naples Fl The dealer posted
on his Web sight,  that the car came with a Tonneau Cover.  When I went to pick up
the the car there was no cover.  I asked the salesperson about it and he said it did not
come with one.  When I went home and pulled the paper work and it was definitely
listed. They said they could not do anything for me. I even told them I would be willing
to buy one at cost  They Declined.  Should they have made good for this??

If you signed the paperwork already and did not negotiate the cover into the deal, there is no point in trying to get it from the dealer. I would buy one from the chevy dealer or ebay. The only other thing you could try is ask your sales person to contact the original owner to see if they still have the cover. Good luck

I would write a letter to the Owner or General Manager to try to get some assistance on that. There's responsibilities on both sides on this. The tonneau cover is standard equipment not an option. Good luck Ron.
