P0341 code

At 67k miles suddenly EPS, VSA and engine
lights came on. And cruise control not working
sometimes. Honda dealer said code p0341 is
stretched chain. But all oil changes etc was
done on time every time. Whether is sub-zero
over past 3 weeks at times. Hard for me to
believe it's a stretched timing chain! Any other
less expensive checks to ask for? Idk

Honda did have a warranty extension on those for oil consumption. Even if oil changes are on time it can still be empty. 7,000 out of powertrain warranty. They should cover it all. Junk hondas...
