2013 Honda CR-V - Replaced battery, display screen black, left-side steering wheel radio controls not working.

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The radio is on, the other controls on the steering wheel work, so I imagine it's
a fuse or some sort of reset is required. I'm calling the dealership in the
morning, but wanted to see if anyone has any familiarity with it. Thank you.

Figured it out. The 29 fuse in the box under the hood blew. It's labeled backup. I replaced it and all is well.

about a day ago Best Answer Same thing happen to me after AAA change my battery on my 2013 Honda CRV, the radio/backup camera screen was not working. STEPS to troubleshoot: 1. pull the radio fuse under inside panel check it was ok. 2. Pull the Back Up fuse under hood of car and it was bad. Replace the 10amp fuse and main screen and radio lid up. Goodluck.

I had the similar problems, after checking back up and audio fuse I notices bad disc and took the cd magnetic cell phone holder out and everything works fine...

Same thing happened to me. I pulled out fuse 29… it was not blown. Put it back in and it worked. I do have a magnetic cell phone holder next to the steering wheel, but never had this problem before. Thanks for the suggestions
