1997 Dodge Dakota air vent

My 1997 dodge dakota’s Ac won’t work, hot
or cold air won’t come through the vents and
I don’t hear the fan kicking in or working and
the fuses are all good. I don’t know what
wrong with it and I don’t want to take it to a
shop what is the problem with it?

The selected switch that moves the air from face to feet to the windshield is makin like a gas leaking noise but the motor isn’t making any noise. I’ve checked the fuses but non are blown and same as relays

The blower motor is good but the knob that controls the speed isn’t getting any power, what do I do?
