No oil changes in the first 32K miles?

I'm considering buying a 2013 Toyota Sienna. The catch is that carfax shows
no oil changes in the first 32K miles.

Should I be concerned

Pull the dipstick and see if the oil is clean- in bright sunlight you can see if there are metal pieces in the oil (sparkly little things)- this should be done every time you buy a used car, no matter what- if the oil looks clean, well- it must have been changed at some point- hard to believe that anyone would be that negligent- then, roll the dice, take your chances- as with any used car-

While rotating the tires of our van, a stud was snapped on the left rear wheel. The mechanic said we had to wait for the part to come in, but the car was safe to drive.
