Changed upper radiator hose car started then died,
would not start again? Please any advice

I'm reading between the lines on your post and I suspect the reason you changed the hose is the car overheated // because no one will just say "I think I'll change my radiator hose today" If you did overheat the car you may be in for anything from a melted ignition coil to a warped head.

Car did not over heat. The hose had a leak in it. And yes the car cranks over. It started but died then just cranked
