Clearly your blower motor is working fine, sounds like you may have an inoperable thermostat or a/c compressor.

There is a problem with the condenser on the air con on the BMW 500 series, 2013 model. I have no air con since mid May and I have been told recently that it's a world wide problem. About 1500 cars. My dealership has 10 at least. I am getting the run around. No delivery date from the manufacturer. BMW will not admit there is a serious problem.

Whatever the case, book it in with your dealership since it will be covered under warranty. They have to fix it.

I have had a major problem with the AC for my 2013 535i...into the dealer 5 times with the AC compressor being replaced 3 times. over the past 1 1/2 years . Despite being promised it is "fixed" each time the AC will work for awhile and then the same problem occurs again...extremely frustrating. .

My 2013 BWM 550ix, also has an air conditioning problem - and the dealer is telling me of a major leak in the condenser. However, the dealer said warranty does not cover replacement cost. I am not happy for several reasons: 1) Air conditioning is a major function of the car and should not be failing; 2) Failure within three years is a major manufacturing flaw and should be covered under warranty; 3) It should not cost $1563.00 to replace a faulty condenser. BWM should address this poor quality issue ASAP.

I just had a condenser issue on my 2014 BMW. A pebble kicked up from the road and made tiny hole in the condenser. Freon leaked out. Upon further investigation I found that the condenser is located behind the grille with no protection around the condenser. BMW tells me that this is not covered under warranty. As it was a road hazard.

I had the same problem with my 2014 BMW 535i. Since 2 weeks it is blowing warm air, took it to dealership and they said the same thing. The Condenser is damage because of debris from the road and it is not covered under warranty even though I bought extended warranty. Dealer is charging me $1400.00 . plus all the leak test. Too much

There must be leak and when you switch on the A/C it will blow hot air instead of cold. I had the same problem with my 2015 535i. I took the car to the dealer and they put the dye into the A/C line and saw the leak. During that time my car was under warranty and they denied warranty work since it was mentioned that the debris hot the line which is under the car so I had to pay to fixed it.
