Nissan Rogue 2013 brake lights stay on - car won't go

The brake lights would intermittently stay on after the car was turned off and
keys removed - I replaced the brake light switch and the problem was fixed
temporarily but them the same thing started again.  Additionally the vehicle
would have moments when it would lose power and surge back on - now the
vehicle has won't move at all so the situation got worse?!  Any suggestions

I had the same problems with my nissan rogue 2013 with 105k I was crazy doing a lot of research on the Internet and finally I decided to change the trasmission fluid it worked in my case. right after I changed the fluid the problems you mentioned dissappear. I suggest you to take it to the nissan deler for the fluid and don't used any other type because the cvt works better with the fluid from nissan deler. It cost me $298.
