the brake light is on all the time on dash tryed everything it wont go off

DID YOU CHECK LEVEL OF BRAKE FLUID??

Yes it's actually the loose harness to the emergency brake switch

my ABS light also stays on after I drive it approximately 20 ft less than 5 to 10 miles an hour

To answer about brake light on all the time. Well my brake fluid was VERY low. As soon as I filled it, light went out. I know to check these easy simple things but hadn't checked.
