1999 Dodge Neon, DOHC, Manual Trans., No start. No check engine light when I turn on and no codes. Help!!!

My car started stalling, but it always started right back up for awhile. Then it started taking longer and longer before it would start. Now there is no more starting. No check engine light and no codes.
