Did you break off the shank? If you don't want to call a locksmith just remove the ignition switch from the steering column, bring it indoors and try to lube and back it out from the cylinder. If you DID break off the shank you MUST do it this way, as that's all a locksmith can do anyway.
It is currently stuck.
