99 dodge intrepid wont start

I have a 99 dodge intrepid 2.7 I think guy said it will
crank over but won't start fuel pump kicks in they
replaced starter cam sensor  02 sensors can't
figure our what it could be any help would be
awesome

check to see if you have spark on your spark plugs.maybe your ignition module or your coil is no good.
