99 durango

I have a 99 Durango. The bolts on the brake
caliper are stripped out, even the oversized
bolts. Will a Dakota or 1/2 ton truck front
end be the same?

I just had this problem its called a banjo bolt and you can get it at napa not for our make and model but they can match it.
