Put a manual oil pressure gauge on it. Making any rattling noise? It's a bad oil sending unit or needs an oil pump and screen.

does it stay at 0, or just when you come to a stop? either of these, it is most likely the oil pump. the sending unit will cause the gauge to read high when driving and the drop when you stop.
