If you look at having oversized tires causing damage to a wheel bearing and the wheel bearing getting hot can fry the wheel speed sensor. So yea, oversize tires can cause the ABS light to come on. Check the front wheel bearings, Get the ABS codes read at a auto parts store so you know what to look for in the ABS system. The E-brake, make sure it is all the way up, may be depressed.
