Chevrolet impala alternator

Want to know if I can put a alternator from a v8
Chevy into a 2013 impala. I have a power pulling
audio system and my headlights flash. Trying to
figure out if its jus a alternator problem or do I
need a bigger battery.

I'd need more info on what kind of V8 Chevy. Your factory alternator is to weak to produce power for your audio system. You need to upgrade to an alternator that produces more power than a factory one. If you're running a 3000 watt amplifier, your factory 160 amp alternator will not produce enough power for your whole car

You need a capacitor with your audio set-up... No need to add alternators or batteries and isolators.
