Keys stuck in my 2013 Chevy Impala

Hey I was wondering if I can get some help I have a
2013 Chevy Impala and my keys are stuck in the
ignition I turn the keys as if I'm trying to start car
but there isn't no power surge nor is any of my
dashboard lights or inside lights coming on .. I
can't even remove my keys from the switch

With a discharged battery the keys will not be released from the ignition. This is because you have an electronic ignition lock that no longer has the required voltage to allow the key to turn. You can jump start the vehicle, and with the cables still hooked up, turn off the engine and remove the key.
