2000 Dodge stratus 2.5L will not stay running when i push on the gas unless i pump it

i changed the plugs,wires,distributor,rotor button,map censor,and map censor vaccum
line.But it still  is popping and acting like its not getting gas when i push the gas.

Your fuel filter is clogged, or your fuel pump needs to be replaced. That's just my experience.
