Misfiring

I have a 2000 dodge neon with a 2.0 engine. I had
oil leak into the #4 spark plug tube which caused
bad misfiring. I cleaned the oil out, replaced the
tube seal and replaced the spark plugs. It still
misfires, turnes the new spark plugs black and if it
is put into gear, I have to put the brakes to the floor
to stop. Any ideas what to check for the continued
misfiring?

The spark plugs being black and sooty is from running rich. The brake pedal to the floor means your brakes need bleeding but you may need a new master cylinder.
