Upper Radiator Hose?

I have a 2013 Dodge Journey sxt do i have to buy
the upper radiator hose with the oil cooler ? Or is it
okay to buy without?

Buy the correct hose for your application. I can't tell from the photo which one you have. The Hose for the oil cooler has a plastic piece and two clamps on the left side of the hose facing the engine. The one without is just a curved pieced of hose.
