2013 dodge avenger 2.4l

I have a 2.4l avenger 2013 it has had a new fuel
pump... spark plugs...battery...IAT sensor and
throttle body... it accelerates while I'm pressing the
gas pedal which is very dangerous then will rpm
real low without me even pressing anything it does
it til I shut the car off and start it back up like
nothing happens and it doesn't do it all the time...
I'm thinking a possible vaccume leak I had the
computer reset and the same problem occurred
again... any ideas or help before hand I had a
p0171 lean code on bank 1 some are saying it's the
02 sensor
