I have A 2000 Dodge Intrepid 2.7 V6 and I drained & changed the thermostat in it bc I had no heat and put antifreeze and water back in let it get warm an still blows ice cold. What do I need to do?

Make sure all the air pockets are worked out of the cooling system, and if still blowing cool air, there may be a blend actuator module that may be bad, one other thing would be a plugged heater core.

When I drained the car of the water / antifreeze when I changed the thermostat it was a brownish color and looked like it had darker spots in it like something was mixed in with it.
