My 2000 dodge intrepid is acting strange,

The car is shutting down electronically while I am
driving and kicking back on like a reboot. Also
sometimes when I cut it off all the power is gone
until I shake the car. Is this a loose connection or
something else

Go through the battery harness, most likely you have a loose of frayed terminal end on one of the cable ends, also be sure to clean off any corrosion on the batt terminals.

Thanks so much, that's exactly what it is. I took the air filter off and checked the battery, it was corrosion and a loose connection
