What to do to make my truck like new again.

I have a 2000 dodge durango. I've had the
transmission, rear end, and heater core replaced in
it. Of course I've put a lot of money into it. My
question is what all else do I need or can I do to
make it like new again. Any advice to keep my
truck running smooth would be great.
