car been sitting long time seems no spark have fuel and coil is good

With the distributor cap of you can turn the vehicle over - you should be able to see if there is an arc between the points as the distributor shaft rotates. Point are very sensitive and have to be gapped properly for the to work. This link is a great resource for MG owners - http://www.mgexp.com/
