loose power the lights flicker and I get a clicking
sound?? I changed the battery cables too.. idk
what it could be...

The charging system on this vehicle is computer controlled, so even though you may have had the battery and alternator checked if the computer is not turning the alternator on its not going to charge the battery or run any of the electronics on the vehicle, this will need to be taken to a shop that can do a system live scan to find if it is a computer problem or an intermittent in the wiring.
