I have a 2001 stratus se trying to get spark plugs out i'm using a 5/8 deep dish the socket for some reason is not grabing the plug i'm using right socket HELP.....

While you may be using the right socket, it may not be deep enough to seat over the nipple of the spark plug. Remember the extension bar needs to fit securely in the socket itself but if the socket isn't deep enough you get the problem you currently face. Try placing the socket on the spark plug first and then insert extension bar into the socket and try it that way.
