2001 dodge stratus

I have a 2001 dodge stratus with the 3.0 V6. I replaced the
fuel pump because I wasn't getting a response to it.  It's
now operating but the car still won't start.  There is no anti
theft light on and ive checked all the fuses.  

What could be the problem
