Fuses and relays

Asked by Ashley Mar 12, 2019 at 09:15 AM about the 2001 Dodge Stratus R/T Coupe RWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2001 Dodge stratus R/T 2 DR Coupe with a 3.0
mitsubishi motor. My headlights started staying on even
after the car was turned off...i have to pull the relay to get
them to shut off. When they are on they won't switch to
high beam and my battery drains quickly. We have have
checked and changed all fuses and relays, including the
120 Amp alternator fuse that was blown. What else can I
try?

With my 2003 Dodge Stratus R/T, if you shut the car off before you turn the headlights off, the lights will stay on for 30secs -1 min, then shut off. Try shutting the lights off BEFORE turning the car off, and that should work. Good luck!

I need to find the daytime running light ECU...any ideas where it would be?
