Wat is the best way to get water out of my gas tank

If you think you have some moisture in there add a product called "Dry Gas" or something similar. If you sat under water, then drop the tank and clean it out. At that point it would make sense to look at the condition of the fuel pump (being 18 yrs old), as well as replace the fuel filter. You could try to siphon it out as well but no guarantee you'll get it all.
