my truck is lacking power when in drive , it will rev up when not gear, but will not rev up when in gear, told of a possible vacuum leak, ive replaced all the vac lines,, whats next

fuel pressure is good, check engine light is on, egr valve is ok, and ive changed the trans fluid when I did the 100,000 service the truck only has 127,000 on it,
