Common issue with the 2011 - 2013 Elantras. Steering column is not the issue. Ask your dealer to check and adjust the toe alignment. They should be aware of this issue if they are selling new Elantras. No kidding. -And check the NHTSA's website for a LONG list of complaints on this issue.
