Problem with my AC

I have a 328i 2012 BMW. The AC works but for
some reason when i  set the temperature on 60 it is
very cold however when I set the temperature on 62
and above it gets really hot. So 62-63 and above is
really hot air 60-61 cold air. Not sure why it is doing
that!

you might have a problem with the actuator doors. check your dealership, your car still under warranty.
