My 2001 Dodge Dakota 4x4

It won't start, it will in the mornings but after that no. It wont let us know that it's
in park and sometimes the other gears. I tilt the steering wheel up and down
and then it was starting but now it wont. what could be wrong?

Sounds, like you may need to check the wiring harness to the igintion switch,or the switch itself.
