I just bought the car as is , but I hear
popping noises and knocking when I turn
either way in the front end of the driver side,
when I hit bumps the car jerks to the left & I
noticed that the tier on the driver side is
completely bald in the inner side of tier .

Sounds like a bunch of worn out front end parts, wheel bearings included. Best to take it to a shop and have it inspected to see what your going to need.
