.my dodge stratus overheats , I changed the thermostat, put a new. Heat sensor switch , still over heats. The water pump does not leak water , what else could it be ?

Head gasket , intake gasket. Pressurize the coolant system and perform a simple leak down test. Check with your local parts stores see if they have a loan a tool program and borrow a coolant pressure tester.. look for cold leaks.. visible signs of leaking. Also disconnect that temp sensor see if your cooling fans come on they should.. let me know..
