My  02 dodge stratus over
heated now won't turn over
where is the fuel pump botton or
the relays

I don't know what testing you have done? If it cranks good but won't start, have a helper crank it while you visually check for spark at the spark plugs. If spark everywhere, use a gage and check proper fuel pressure and fuel injector pulse. If your testing narrowed it down to the fuel system, I'll post a wiring diagram for you. No fuel reset button that I'm aware. Any applicable trouble codes?
