2013 LINCOLN MKX Break issue

I have 2013 LINCOLN MKX. The break paddle goes
down to the floor but no breaks. Nothing wrong wit
the break pads. What can be the issue?

It's not the brake pads it's the booster FYI sell your shit trade it in cuz when the water pump goes out it's 7 k to fix it

Brake booster. Mine did the same thing and was under warranty. If yours isnt, it's pretty pricey.
